• Delivery is available nationwide. Charges and estimated delivery times vary based on the customer's location
• Delivery time depends on product availability, order processing time, and the courier partner's operational schedule
• Softlink Computers is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances
• All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch. Customers are advised to inspect the parcel before accepting from the delivery person
• If a parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately
