At Softlink Computers, we are committed to providing our customers with products that meet the highest standards of quality. Every product sold through our stores and website comes with a warranty that protects you against manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. Depending on the product, warranty service is provided either directly by Softlink Computers or through the official brand service centre in Bangladesh.
All products sold by Softlink Computers are sourced from authorized distributors and carry valid manufacturer or distributor warranty. We do not sell grey-market or parallel-import goods.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures that occur under normal use. The following breakdown clarifies the scope of coverage.
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware failure under normal use conditions
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products
- Screen defects (dead pixels beyond threshold)
- Component failure not caused by user
- Electrical faults from internal causes
- Fan or cooling unit failure
- Defective ports or connectors (non-physical damage)
- Physical damage, drops, cracks, or breakage
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Damage from power surges or improper voltage
- Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
- Consumable parts (batteries, print heads, bulbs)
- Software issues, viruses, or data loss
- Products with tampered or missing warranty seals
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Making a warranty claim is straightforward. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and fast resolution.
To process your warranty claim, please ensure you have the following ready:
- Original purchase invoice or receipt from Softlink Computers
- Warranty card (if issued with the product)
- The product in its original or safe packaging
- All accessories that came with the product (power cable, remote, etc.)
- A brief description or note of the fault you have experienced
The resolution provided under warranty will follow this order of priority, subject to product availability and manufacturer policy:
- Repair — the preferred resolution. The defective component or unit will be repaired at no cost to you
- Replacement — if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model or an equivalent product of equal or greater value
- Store credit — if neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price
- Refund — cash or payment refunds are offered only in cases of Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) products reported within 3 days of delivery or purchase
Softlink Computers acts as a facilitator for brand warranty claims. For products under manufacturer warranty, the final decision regarding coverage rests with the respective brand service centre. We are not liable for delays or decisions made by third-party service centres.
- Warranty does not cover loss of data. Please back up your data before submitting any device for service
- Service timelines depend on part availability and brand centre workload and are subject to change
- Warranty is void if the product serial number or warranty seal has been altered or removed
- Softlink Computers reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims for in-house service products
- This warranty policy is subject to change. The version on our website at the time of claim applies
